RedFez Limited unexpectedly excelled with help from our Managed Workspace Centres and team.
Robin and Helen Thompson are the owners of RedFez Limited: a small, family run I.T. business based in Hull providing IT support and services to customers all over the country.
The family run business started after Robin and Helen spent many years working for big companies, resulting in them wanting to set up their own. With Robin fixing computers for family and friends, they used this valuable experience to start up their own business, RedFez Limited.
After two and a half years of providing IT support from home, Robin and Helen decided to make the courageous step from the comfort of their own home to our Managed Workspace Centre within Craven Park Training and Enterprise Centre.
“We were met with very friendly people”. said Helen. “Our business starts at the car park. We needed to feel comfortable that the very first point of contact was going to be a good one – it certainly has been here”
Within their first year of being in the Craven Park Training and Enterprise Centre, RedFez expanded their small team. They introduced Michael, a Kickstart applicant.
Almost a year since moving in to their first office at Craven Park, RedFez took the leap from a small office to a medium sized office after interest in the business proliferated. The main reason for this was a large increase in the number of contracts the business acquired since taking residence at Craven Park.
” Relocating to the Managed Workspace Centre was the best business decision we have made. The amount of growth we have seen since we came here, I don’t think we would have got at home.
We have more than doubled our support contracts while being here. it has really helped us to keep things going and look at expanding and growing and have the confidence to keep going.” Robin said.”
